Cleaning Instructions :  Unattach the membrane from the head and place it in boiling water for about 10-20 seconds to sterilize.
 
How to use : Wait for about 20 seconds after sterilization before using. Attach the membrance to the head securely. Then, attach the head to the bottom of the premium breast suction cup.
